1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are charged separately and calculated at checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within Lebanon.

The final shipping amount, where applicable, will be displayed before completing your order.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Beirut: 1 to 2 working days
Rest of Lebanon: 3 to 4 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier performance, public holidays, or external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via our local delivery partners. Tracking information will be provided where available.

4. International Shipping

At this time, we currently ship within Lebanon only.

5. Delivery Issues

If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery fees or additional charges.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
